Live Event Coverage
As Seen On Social
If you’re hosting an event, the room SHOULDN'T be the only place people are talking about it.
Your event should be seen by the people who didn’t book, shared by the people who did, and remembered by the people who are already deciding they need to be in your world next.
A brilliant event doesn't end when the room empties.
It should keep building trust, creating demand and making sales long after the event has finished, with the people who were in the room and the people who wish they had been.
Create an online BUZZ while your event is HAPPENING...
I've organised hundreds of events, so I know that hosting an event is a LOT on top of actually running your business and managing clients.
By the time the day arrives, you’ve already done the planning, sold the tickets, organised the speakers, answered the questions, checked the dietary requirements, sorted the goodie bags, managed the emails, and dealt with the tiny last-minute issues that take up loads of time.
The idea of also capturing the right moments, posting live updates, getting attendees sharing, filming testimonials and making the whole thing look good online is probably the last thing you think about, and if you're anything like me, you'll have no idea where your phone is on the day anyway.
That’s exactly why I created As Seen On Social: Live Event Coverage.
This isn’t about getting a few nice photos after the day and hoping you remember to post them before the momentum disappears.
It’s about making your event work harder while it’s happening, so the amazing vibe you've created in the room is replicated online, so you can build trust, create conversations with people in AND outside the room, and make more sales long after everyone has gone home.
This is where events LOSE money 👇️
EVERY event I’ve been to recently has had MISSED opportunities to maximise visibility.
The room was full, the conversations were flowing, the speakers were inspiring, and the attendees told their friends about it.
But there were moments that could have gone out live, attendee prompts, and tiny fixes that would have shown people outside the room exactly why they should have been there.
When those moments aren’t captured, shared and amplified, your event leaves money on the table.
Event profit DOESN'T just come from ticket sales. It comes from trust, conversations, and the people watching online who realise they want to work with you.

Is As Seen On Social right for your event?
As Seen On Social is for you if:
✅️ You’re hosting an event, and you want it to create more than a brilliant experience in the room;
✅️ You want people talking about your event while it’s happening, attendees sharing more of the experience, and your audience watching online wishing they were there;
✅️ You want content you can use afterward to sell your next event, promote your offers, build trust with your audience and show what it actually feels like to be in your world.
This is especially useful for live events, workshops, retreats, launch events, networking events, away days, conferences and in-person brand experiences where the energy in the room matters, but the visibility outside the room matters just as much.
What I’ll capture at your event
Your event will have the energy, the conversations, and the tiny details that people remember and talk about.
My job is to capture that while it’s actually happening, so you’re not relying on a few rushed iPhone photos, a blurry video of someone clapping, and one story you posted before realising you hadn’t eaten since 7am, let alone had a wee! What's included:
Behind-the-scenes content that shows the build-up, the details, the room, the set-up and all the things that help people understand the experience you’ve created.
Photos and short-form video clips, including speaker moments, attendee reactions, conversations, room energy and the parts of the event that show what it actually feels like to be there.
Live updates during the event, so your audience can see the buzz while it’s happening, not three weeks later when the energy has disappeared and everyone has moved on with their lives.
Advice you on how to get your attendees sharing more at your event, including what to encourage, when to prompt them, and how to make it easy for people in the room to help amplify the event online.
Footage back within 24 hours, so you can keep the momentum going, follow up with attendees, connect with the people who were watching from the outside, and use the content to help make more sales after the event.
If you’re already putting the time, energy and money into creating an incredible event, make sure it gets seen, shared and talked about by the people in the room and the people who wish they were there.
Why me?
I’m very good at spotting the moments people actually want to see.
Not just the obvious ones, like someone standing at the front of the room with a microphone, although I’ll capture those too. I mean the real moments that make an event feel alive online. The reactions, the conversations, the tiny details, the behind-the-scenes bits, the room energy, and the parts people at home see and immediately wish they were part of.
I’ve been covering live events on social media for over 20 years, from international music festivals and live launches with well-known public figures and celebrities, to corporate livestreams, parliamentary events and large-scale campaign days.

I’ve hosted tweet-a-thons coordinating 25 non-profit organisations, and back in the day when trending was “cool”, I regularly got events trending on Twitter, which feels slightly ancient now but was a very big deal at the time.
But experience alone isn’t the reason to book me.
The reason is that I know how live events work. I know the pace, the pressure, the moments that matter, and the ones that disappear if you don’t catch them quickly. I know how to capture the atmosphere without making it feel staged, how to post while the energy is high, and how to turn what’s happening in the room into visibility that builds trust outside of it.
So yes, I know my stuff. But more importantly, I know how to make your event look, feel and sound as good online as it does in the room.

How it works
Before the day
We’ll have a planning session to go through the event, the flow of the day, the key moments to capture, who needs to be featured, and what you want people to see online.
I’ll also send a simple visibility checklist covering things like WiFi, signal, attendee activation moments, on-stage prompts, key sharing points, tags, speaker details and timings, so the room is set up to create more buzz online while the event is happening.
On the day
I’ll capture the energy, atmosphere and key moments from the event while you focus on hosting, speaking and making sure everything runs smoothly.
This includes behind-the-scenes content, candid photos, short-form video, speaker moments, attendee reactions, conversations, room details and live updates throughout the event.
After the day
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive all your footage via Dropbox, so you can keep the momentum going while people are still talking about the event.
You can use the content for follow-up posts, emails, future event promotion, sales pages, social proof and making more sales after the event.
Let me introduce myself properly...
I'm Naomi, and in 2018, I left my 9-to-5 to follow my passion for baking, launching a café and bar with no prior experience.
Within six months, I turned my start-up into a thriving six-figure business with 17 employees. During the pandemic, I successfully crowdfunded a bakery, raising £17k from over 300 supporters.
Just three months after opening, my bakery won the prestigious Britain’s Best Loaf Award.
But it wasn’t my baking that made my business a success. It was my 20+ years' experience in digital and content marketing.
Today, I help business owners create content that converts, attracts more clients, boosts visibility and makes more sales without sleazy tactics.
I live in North Yorkshire with my husband, a mad spaniel, and two crazy cats. I’m a beekeeper, professional cellist, motorbike rider (not with the cello though!), fitness fanatic, and travel lover.

As Seen On Social: Live Event Coverage
Make your event feel IMPOSSIBLE to miss, even for the people who weren’t in the room.
Got an event that is more than 2 days or over 100 attendees? Let's chat to discuss a bespoke package. Book a call.
Just so we are clear...
As Seen On Social: is designed to capture the key moments, atmosphere, visibility opportunities and social proof from your event.
It doesn’t include full editing of all content, professional retouching, capturing every single attendee, full-room coverage, multiple camera angles, continuous filming, ongoing pre or post-event management, or more than three testimonials.
If you’d like edited reels, additional testimonials, pre-event content planning or post-event content repurposing, these can be added on separately.
Basically, I’m there to help your event get seen, shared and talked about, not film a full Netflix documentary while also somehow being in six places at once.
