You simply tell me what content you need, and I’ll handle the rest.
Each month, your content will be crafted around one clear goal and one main call to action, using your brand's tone of voice and colours, to ensure everything feels cohesive rather than scattered.
You won’t just receive content recommendations or subject ideas; you’ll get tailored copy ready for posting, specifically written for your ideal clients and formatted for the right channels. Plus, I’ll provide images for social media, making it easy for you to engage your audience effectively.

How this service works
Each month, you’ll automatically be sent a short survey to complete, outlining:
✅️ your goal for the month;
✅️ what you’re selling or sharing;
✅️ keywords or themes; and
✅️ examples of content you like.
You'll then be sent a link to a shared folder to save any images or templates.
Once that’s all done, I take it from there.
Based on the information you provide, I create a custom AI GPT specifically for your business. I will train the custom AI GPT to sound like you using your goals, audience, offers, keywords, tone of voice, and content examples.
AI handles the first draft of the content. I then review, edit, tweak, and adapt everything so it:
✅️ sounds like you;
✅️ fits your business;
✅️ has your brand tone of voice, font and colours;
✅️ follows the weekly structure; and
✅️ stays aligned with your goal and call to action
AI does the leg work. I make the final decisions and create the final content. You’re not getting raw AI output. You will also get one feedback round for small tweaks, clarifications, and minor adjustments.

I'm Naomi, and in 2018, I left my 9-to-5 to follow my passion for baking, launching a café and bar with no prior experience.
Within six months, I turned my start-up into a thriving six-figure business with 17 employees. During the pandemic, I successfully crowdfunded a bakery, raising £17k from over 300 supporters.
Just three months after opening, my bakery won the prestigious Britain’s Best Loaf Award.
But it wasn’t my baking that made my business a success. It was my 20+ years' experience in digital and content marketing.

What is the Consistent Content Done For You service?
It’s a monthly content service for business owners who want to stay visible without having to think about what to post every day. Each month, everything is created around one clear goal and one main call to action, so your content works together instead of feeling random. You don’t just get ideas. You get fully written copy, ready to use with images for social media.
What do I get each month?
You receive 50 pieces of written content:
- 8 emails or 4 emails & 4 blog posts
- 40 social posts (5 per week, adapted for 2 platforms) with graphics as well as photo recommendations.
- 2 DM templates for lead generation
Your content is mapped out in a shared Google Sheet and fully written in a Google Doc. You’ll also get a repeatable weekly structure so you know what to post and share.
When do I get my content each month?
Once you submit your monthly survey, your content is delivered within 5 business days. You then have 2 business days to send back any small tweaks or clarifications.
Final, approved copy is returned within 3 business days of receiving your feedback.
In month one, there’s an extra step:
You’ll complete a longer survey and book a 20-minute onboarding call before your first delivery. After that, it runs on the standard monthly timeline. This only works smoothly if surveys and feedback are submitted on time. If they’re delayed, delivery will be too.
Do you create graphics for social media?
Yes. For performance, I recommend using a mix of visuals across your social media. Included in this service, I’ll create 2 graphics tailored to 2 different platforms each week, and suggest the types of photos to use for your other posts to build your personal brand.
Do you create images for emails or blog posts?
No. I provide text only for these. If you have purchased the additional content scheduling service, I will add the text to your existing templates.
Do you create reels and videos?
No. With this service I only create graphics and recommend types of photos to use. If you have purchased the additional content scheduling service, and want me to schedule reels or videos, you'll be able to add the videos to your shared drive for me to schedule. If you want reels creating, join one of my reel creation sessions.
Do you schedule content?
No but if you would like your content scheduled for you, there is an option at checkout to add this for £150 exc. VAT per month.
How does the process work each month?
At the start of each month, you complete a short survey outlining your offer and goal. From that, I create a custom AI GPT specifically trained for your business. AI drafts the content. I review, refine, and approve every word. You'll then get a link to a shared drive to upload any photos or templates you want me to use.
Once the survey and photos have been submitted:
- Your content will be delivered within 5 business days.
- You have one round of feedback (small tweaks only) within 2 business days.
- Final content is returned within 3 business days.
What happens in the first month?
In month one, you complete a longer survey so I can properly understand your business and capture important information such as brand colours, fonts and tone of voice. You’ll also book a 20-minute onboarding call to make sure everything is aligned. After that, delivery runs on the monthly survey process.
Do I get a call with Naomi?
Yes. After you've completed your first survey, you'll then be invited to a 20-minute onboarding call to talk through all the details.
How many feedback rounds do I get each month?
One round per month. This covers small tweaks, clarifications and minor adjustments.
It doesn’t include full rewrites, changing direction entirely or adding new information after delivery.
If feedback isn’t provided on time, changes become your responsibility.
What if I don't complete the survey on time?
If the survey isn’t submitted within 5 business days, I can’t guarantee your content will be created that month. This works smoothly when you respond on time.
Can I message you anytime with marketing questions?
No. This service is designed to be low input from you and focused on delivery. Communication is mainly via email for surveys and feedback. If you’re looking for ongoing strategic support or deeper conversations, that’s what my 1:1 packages are for.
Is the content created with AI?
Yes, but AI creates the first draft using a custom GPT built specifically for your business. It will also help create the graphics based on your brand guidelines. I personally review, refine, tweak and approve every piece of content before you receive it. You’re not getting generic copy. You’re getting content shaped by strategy and experience.
Can I try it for just 1 month?
No, because being consistent for just one month isn't going to get you results. Visibility is a long-term strategy, that's why there is a miminum 3-month retainer.
